Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Partly. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use the service lawfully and as described below.
Using Partly
Partly helps trusted groups share expenses. You may not use it for fraud, illegal payments, harassment, or to upload unlawful content.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials. You may sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, email, or continue as a guest and upgrade later. Notify us at contact@partly-app.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of expenses, receipts, and messages you add. You grant Partly the license needed to host, sync, and display them to your group members.
Premium
Premium is billed weekly, monthly, or yearly via the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your store account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Liability
Partly is provided "as is". We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect calculations, always verify important amounts.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
