本条款规范您对 Partly（带 AI 小票扫描的分账应用）的使用。创建账户或使用应用即表示您同意按下列说明合法使用本服务，包括费用分摊、结算与付款链接等相关功能。请仔细阅读完整条款。
Using Partly
Partly helps trusted groups share expenses. You may not use it for fraud, illegal payments, harassment, or to upload unlawful content.
Optional commercial emails
Optional commercial or product emails may be sent only with your prior explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time in the app Settings. Transactional messages required to operate your account are not marketing.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials. You may sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, email, or continue as a guest and upgrade later. Notify us at contact@partly-app.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of expenses, receipts, and messages you add. You grant Partly the license needed to host, sync, and display them to your group members.
AI 小票扫描
Partly 使用人工智能（AI）与光学字符识别（OCR）从收据照片中提取品项、价格与合计。结果为自动估算：不保证完整、准确或适用于任何特定用途。照片质量、语言、币种、破损票据、手写字迹与非常规版式均可能导致错误或遗漏。 在分享、结算或依赖扫描结果之前，您须自行审阅、更正并确认每一次扫描结果。使用扫描功能即表示您知悉 AI 输出可能有误。 不准确、不完整或意外的扫描结果，不构成付费订阅或应用内购买的退款、拒付、抵扣、免费 Premium 或其他补偿的依据。付费订阅的退款（如适用）仍受 App Store 与 Google Play 政策约束。
Premium
Premium 通过 App Store 或 Google Play 按周、月或年计费。可随时在商店账户中取消；访问权限持续至已付费周期结束。付费订阅的计费与退款由 Apple 或 Google 按其条款处理。促销或推荐 Premium（如有）另行说明如下。
推荐与促销 Premium
Partly 可能提供有限免费 Premium 的推荐或促销计划。除非邀请或加入时应用内另有说明：（a）有效推荐成功应用后，推荐人获得约 3 天促销 Premium，被邀请人不获得促销 Premium；（b）推荐码通常仅可在被推荐账户注册后 3 天内使用；（c）推荐人里程碑奖励可按应用内所示适用；（d）促销 Premium 设有上限，并可限制、撤销或变更以防滥用。 推荐及其他促销 Premium 天数为免费权益，而非付费商品。若不符合资格、计划变更或促销结束，不产生现金退款、商店拒付或等值付费订阅价值的权利。我们可随时修改或终止促销。应用内详情优先于营销摘要。
责任
Partly 按「现状」提供。我们力求可靠，但不保证服务不中断、计算完美或 AI/OCR 提取无误。请务必核对重要金额。在法律允许的最大范围内，Partly 及其发行方对因依赖未经核实的扫描结果、群组余额或您发送的支付链接而产生的损失不承担责任。
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
