Support for Partly integrations

Use the section for your utility. These tools suggest reimbursements; they do not move money or convert currencies.

WordPress block

If the block is installed on your site, choose its language and currency in the block editor. Check that each expense has a payer and at least one included participant. Use whole-number share weights; zero excludes someone. All expenses in one calculation use the same currency.

If the block does not appear or is styled incorrectly, tell us your WordPress/plugin versions, browser and a public example URL if appropriate. Remove private inputs from any screenshot. The site owner controls plugin activation, page publication and the optional Partly credit.

Google Sheets Editor add-on

Select the header and payment rows only. The first two columns are Paid by / Amount, Payé par / Montant or Pagado por / Importe, followed by unique participant names. Each payment row needs an amount, a matching payer and positive integer weights for the people sharing that expense. Zero or blank excludes a participant.

Preview before creating a new results tab. If the source changed, the preview expired or a token was already used, preview again. Use amounts with at most two decimals and one currency. For several payers on one bill, enter one row per advance with the same weights. For permission problems, check the add-on in Google’s account and spreadsheet controls; never send us an access token.

Canva app

Choose the language, currency, participants and share weights, then select the result table to insert. Table insertion requires a compatible Canva design or document. If it is unavailable, use a compatible design rather than sending private design access to support.

The inserted table is editable but is not a live spreadsheet. Recalculate in the app and insert a new table to update it, or edit/remove the existing table in Canva. Closing the app does not remove inserted design content.

Telegram bot

Use /help to inspect the command format. In a group, commands must explicitly mention the bot you are using. An inline result is sent only after you choose it. Check the currency and payer amounts, and use aliases where possible.

If there is no confirmed reply, wait before retrying: rate protection or a Telegram delivery issue may be involved. Tell support the time and command type with a fictional reproduction. Never include the bot token or webhook secret; Telegram controls stored messages and chat membership.

MCP calculation tool

Provide the currency, participants and expenses explicitly. Amounts use integer cents: 18.34 becomes 1834. Payer IDs and share IDs must match participants; omit a participant from an expense to exclude them. Use EUR, USD, GBP, CHF or CAD without conversion.

Check missing or invalid values before retrying. Tell support your client, the tool name calculate_shared_expenses, the error and a fictional input. Do not send your conversation history, private files or authentication headers. A successful calculation is not confirmation of a payment or a globally minimal number of transfers.

Contact Partly

Tell us which utility you use, its version, the platform and what went wrong. Use a fictional example. Do not send passwords, bot tokens, bank details or a private spreadsheet.
