The frame below is the real web calculator. Add people and expenses, then calculate suggested reimbursements. It does not create a shared group or make payments.
Use the free calculatorDo you host a community on your website?
A travel guide, flatshare page or welcome pack becomes more useful with a calculator. The HTML kit provides copyable code and a preview; it also works outside WordPress when your editor allows iframes.
Prefer to prepare a spreadsheet?
The existing Google Sheets and Excel templates provide a starting structure for expenses. They are separate from an add-on that reads a selected range.

A poster to help your group settle shared costs
In a flatshare kitchen, residence or guest welcome area, put the free calculator within reach of people who share expenses.
One A4 page, four steps and a QR to the web calculator. No Partly account, up to 12 people. No payment is made.
Download the A4 PDF poster1 page · English
Print on A4 while keeping the proportions. Keep the entire QR and its white border visible.

An example before you start
Fictional example: Alice paid €90, Ben €30 and Chloé €0. If all three share every expense equally, each owes €40. Ben reimburses Alice €10 and Chloé reimburses Alice €40. The calculation is a proposal to check together.

Do I need the mobile app?
Not for the web calculator, its frame or the MCP server. Each integration explains its own platform requirements; a Partly account or group is never created automatically.
Can I add it to a website without WordPress?
Yes, if your editor accepts an HTML block containing an iframe. The kit provides code and a full fallback link. If iframes are blocked, use that link.
Does Partly transfer the money?
These utilities calculate balances and reimbursement suggestions. Participants check the inputs and settle separately; these are not bank transfers.
