Partly utilities
Terms of use for Partly utilities
These terms cover the Partly expense-sharing utilities for WordPress, Google Sheets, Canva, Telegram and MCP. They explain their use and do not replace the terms of their hosting platforms.

A free calculation tool
Partly offers these calculation utilities free of charge. Access to their hosting platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own terms and may require an account. This page does not announce approval or availability in a marketplace.
The utilities allocate the expenses you enter and suggest indicative reimbursements between participants. They do not execute transfers, access bank accounts or convert currencies. A displayed result is not proof that a payment has been made.
Calculations and limits
Each calculation uses one currency: EUR, USD, GBP, CHF or CAD. Amounts are calculated in integer cents. An expense can be split equally or using integer weights from 1 to 10,000; a zero share excludes a person from that expense where the interface supports it. Remaining cents follow the largest remainders, with ties resolved in participant order.
The common upper limits are 2–30 participants, 1–100 expenses, 1–100,000,000 cents per expense and 1,000,000,000 cents in total. Interfaces may apply narrower limits. Telegram commands allow up to 12 participants, with one advance per person and common weights across advances, 2,048 characters per command or 256 characters per inline query.
Suggested reimbursements reconcile amounts paid with amounts owed. They are a deterministic proposal, without a guarantee of the smallest possible number of transfers.
Check your inputs and results
You are responsible for the data you enter and share. Check participants, payers, amounts, currency and shares, then verify the results with the people concerned before settling. Incorrect inputs produce incorrect results.
Use aliases when real names are unnecessary. Do not enter bank details, passwords or unnecessary personal data. Do not submit data you are not authorised to use or share.
Saved results and privacy
Google Sheets export creates a new tab; Canva insertion adds an editable table that remains a snapshot and does not recalculate automatically. Telegram replies are visible in the chat where posted. Your MCP client may retain requests and results under its own rules.
These results may remain saved and be shared according to the platform settings. Closing the utility does not delete them. Read the integration privacy page for each tool’s data flow, along with your platform’s policies.
Minimum age for the Canva app
The Partly Canva app must not be used by children under 13, or by people below the minimum legal age for consenting to personal data processing in their country where that age is higher than 13.
This utility does not provide a process for collecting verifiable parental consent. Canva’s own age and access requirements also apply.
